Does Landline serve both terminals at MSP?

Yes, Landline provides service to Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey). For planning purposes, it’s important to know that the arrival times listed for MSP are the latest time you will arrive at either terminal. In both terminals, Landline picks up and drops off in the at the ground transportation centers across from the baggage claim. 

Are unaccompanied minors allowed on Landline?

Yes, unaccompanied minors over the age of 14 are allowed on Landline. Unaccompanied minors must check in with somebody over the age of 18 and present a valid form of ID. For additional questions, email us at reservations@landline.com.

Are there baggage restrictions?

Each passenger is allowed, free of charge, one complimentary piece of checked baggage, one carry-on item and one small personal item. The dimensions of checked items may not exceed 90 inches in overall length, width and height, nor exceed 50 lbs. Any additional checked baggage is subject to space availability but is free of charge. 

What if my flight time changes?

If your flight from a non-partner airline is canceled or changed, you may cancel your ticket at any time. If you purchased a nonrefundable ticket, you will be able to apply the value of the ticket to a future booking. To cancel a trip, go to manage my trip in the booking tool.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, all Landline tickets may be cancelled. If you purchased one of our refundable fares, we’ll refund your purchase to your original form of payment within 7 days. All other cancelled tickets are converted into credits for future travel on Landline.

Can Landline accommodate special travel needs?

Absolutely, one of Landline’s core principles is increasing travel accessibility for all. Our buses are equipped with ADA compliant lifts and seating. When making your booking, simply select “Special Travel Needs” prior to checkout. A variety of services are available for immediate selection during booking. If you or a travel companion need additional assistance, you can reach us at reservations@landline.com.

When should I arrive for my Landline?

Boarding for Landlines begins 10 minutes prior to the departure time. If you are travelling on an itinerary booked with one of our airline partners and you plan to check luggage, please arrive at least 25 minutes prior to departure.

Do you allow pets on Landline?

Yes. Animals other than passenger comfort or assistance animals may not travel in the cabin unless in a caged container that is of a size and shape similar to that of a personal item and is stowed in the same manner approved for such item. What are the parking rates for Landline passengers?

Parking rates will vary by airport.

  • Mankato Regional Airport- Long Term parking is free for all travelers.
  • Duluth International Airport- Long Term parking is $13 a day and $78 a week.

Do I need to bring a car seat if I’m traveling with my small child?

When traveling with a small child, we highly recommend bringing a car seat; however it is not legally required. Our seats have belt restraints and are car seat compatible.

Can I take a Landline if I’m not making a connection to an airline?

Absolutely! Anyone can enjoy Landline’s low fares and fantastic service. In fact, our pickup and drop-off location in MSP’s Terminal 2 is located conveniently across the street from the MSP light rail. You can be in downtown Minneapolis in just 30 minutes and downtown St. Paul in just 25 minutes.

Which terminal does my airline depart from in MSP?

We know, it can be very confusing! MSP has Terminal 1 – Lindbergh (Air Canada, Air Choice One, Air France, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Boutique Air, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Spirit Airlines, United Airlines) and Terminal 2 – Humphrey (Condor, Icelandair, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country Airlines). We serve both terminals!
